1. Our Commitment to You

At Do Tees LLC, we stand behind every loud, vibrant, unapologetically bold golf shirt we create. We want every round you play to feel as great as you look. If something is not right with your order, we will do everything in our power to make it right — quickly and without hassle.

This policy applies to all purchases made through www.dotees.co and any authorized retail channels.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item is returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Item is in its original packaging (poly bag or gift box, if applicable).
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., embroidered names, custom prints).
  • Sale or clearance items marked as Final Sale at checkout.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Gift cards.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover all return shipping costs and offer you the choice of:

  • A full replacement of the same item at no charge.
  • A store credit equal to the full value of the item.
  • A complete refund to your original payment method.

Please include a clear photograph of the defect or incorrect item when contacting our support team to expedite the resolution process.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these four steps to start your return:

  1. Contact Us — Email support@dotees.co or WhatsApp us at +1 989 948 2553 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization — Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Ship the Item — Pack the item securely and ship it to the return address provided in your authorization email. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Confirmation — Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you by email within 3 business days with your refund or exchange status.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed as follows:

Exchange (Size / Color) 3–5 Business Days Subject to stock availability.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns.

6. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return (Section 4) and note your preferred replacement in your message.

If the requested item is unavailable, you will receive a full refund or store credit — your choice.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund, provided production has not yet begun. Since our golf shirts are crafted with care and often go into production quickly, please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

Once production has started, cancellations are not possible. A store credit may be offered at our discretion.

8. International Orders

For customers outside the United States, please note:

  • Return shipping costs and any applicable customs or duties are the customer's responsibility.
  • Refunds will be issued in USD. Currency conversion differences are not covered by Do Tees LLC.
  • International returns must be clearly marked as "Returned Merchandise" on customs documentation to avoid delays.
