1. Overview

At Do Tees LLC, we want your loud golf shirts to reach you as fast as possible and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver your orders. By placing an order on www.dotees.co, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 
 

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During high-demand periods (holidays, sales, new launches), processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any delays via email.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
 
 

3. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 US states. The following shipping options are available at checkout:

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Do Tees LLC is not liable for carrier delays.

 
 

4. International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination and chosen shipping method.

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by their country. These are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
  • Customs Delays: Do Tees LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes. These are outside our control.
  • Restricted Countries: We are unable to ship to countries subject to US trade restrictions or sanctions.
 
 

5. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted shipping carriers including but not limited to:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL (for international orders)

The carrier assigned to your order will be determined based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

 
 

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier's website or through the tracking link provided in the email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

 
 

7. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Do Tees LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@dotees.co or +1 989 948 2553 via WhatsApp. Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched.
  • We are unable to redirect packages once they have been handed to the carrier.
 
 

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

Do Tees LLC takes care to ensure all orders are securely packaged before dispatch. However, once an order is with the carrier, we are not liable for loss or damage.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and item immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
 
 

9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges will apply for re-delivery. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days, a refund may be issued minus the original and return shipping costs.

 
 

10. Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Items

Some items on www.dotees.co may be listed as pre-order or made-to-order. For these items, the estimated dispatch date will be clearly stated on the product page. Processing and shipping timelines for such items may differ from our standard policy and will be communicated at the time of purchase.
